We assisted in agreements on lease drafting of premises and entire buildings of different functions, lease of land and real estate for such companies as Cadogan Petroleum PLC, Dragon Capital, Estron, Transbulkterminal, Oil and fat plant etc.

We represented ICD Group, a real estate development and investment company dealing in the most perspective segments of the real estate market, implementing projects of retail and entertainment centers, office centers and multiuse city complexes. In a portfolio of the company there are about 20 projects with a total capacity of about 1,5 million sq. km. of the commercial and residential real estate in Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kryvyy Rig, Poltava, Sevastopol.

Our team is involved in structuring the holding for private placement on foreign market as preliminary stage for further IPO. In the context of this project we successfully were dealing with obtainment of NBU license for providing investment abroad, carried on legal due diligence of Ukrainian companies, obtained antimonopoly clearance, required for the purposes of transaction, drafted the set of legal documents with respect to the structuring of Ukrainian group companies, prepared documents governing shareholders’ relations in the holding, assisted in drafting informational memorandum for investors.
